We did a two phase large office renovation and new construction of a board room. This is a project that we did with CRMI and it worked really well working with them as project manager. The company did not lose any productivity during the month long renovation. This is a good example of maintaining productivity, and maintaining manufacturing during construction by maintaining a timeline that works around the company’s needs. The project was also a joint effort with Aitchison Engineering and we enjoyed a good working relationship with them.

Hamilton Wentworth District School Board - Ancaster High School
We did a large excavation for a tunnel from a boiler building to the main structure. This project required us to excavate and form large concrete tunnels for the heat runs from the boilers to the school. This is an example of the extensive work we do in concrete forming, large excavation and a degree of complexity. This project was completed with Union Boiler of Hamilton.

Completion of over 100 bus pad excavations and replace of concrete pad base. This was done with Trade Sync of Brantford. I thought it might be a good example of government work.
